This is a fixed term contract until 30 June 2027, or on the return of the post holder. You will provide support for individual and groups of students following the school’s chosen phonics programme (Read Write Inc Phonics). This will include monitoring pupil engagement and progress and adapting activities to meet the needs of pupils with SEND, English as an Additional Language (EAL) or those requiring additional support. Are you an experienced maritime professional looking for a varied and rewarding leadership role on the North Devon coast? Torridge District Council is seeking a Fish Dock Manager to oversee the safe, compliant and efficient operation of Appledore Fish Dock and the operational use of the quay at AMIC (Appledore Marine Innovation Centre). This is a hands-on management position with responsibilities including health and safety, environmental compliance, financial management and the day-to-day running of the fish dock facilities. Working closely with the Harbour Master and a wide range of partners, you will help support the local fishing industry while ensuring compliance with maritime and fisheries legislation. We are looking for someone with: Previous harbour and maritime experience. Experience managing a fish dock facility. Strong knowledge of the fishing industry and relevant regulations.
