My name is Howard and I am on the search for an additional Life Auxiliary to join my already established support team.
Salary:
- £14.00 per hour day shifts (hours worked between 9am and midnight).
- £12.71 per hour night shifts (9 hours consisting of hours worked from midnight to 9am)
Holiday entitlement is 5.6 weeks (28 days pro-rata)

Wicks Enterprise is currently a dedicated team of nine individuals who provide round-the-clock care exclusively for me. Shifts alternate between day and night, with additional assistance for five hours in the mornings to help me start my day.

I desire someone who embodies intelligence, fascination, proactivity, initiative, unwavering dedication, thoughtfulness, warmth, enthusiasm, joyfulness, affection, and loyalty to me and the team. Must like animals and children.
ROLE SUMMARY
Life Auxiliaries are integral team members dedicated to empowering, facilitating me to maintain my independence in my own home. Consistently delivering personalised support and care, focusing on my individual needs. Reliability is essential in this role, delivering care in my home, assisting me in daily routines, always maintaining confidentiality. Duties, personal, social, and enabling care to support me, at home and within the community, to help me achieve my short and long-term goals. This involves working respectfully and cooperatively with me and my team. Experience with children is also required whether gained on a personal or professional level. At times you may be required to travel with me and be away overnight.
A DBS check will be required, (the cost of which will be covered by Wicks Enterprise) along with two employer references.
