We lead several Department for Education ‘centres of excellence’ and support schools across the country with professional development and school improvement strategies.
Your Role
- Support teachers in delivering a rich, project-based curriculum
- Assist with classroom setup, pupil records, and admin tasks
- Lead reading groups, PE sessions, and accompany school trips
- Mentor and tutor pupils to help them thrive academically and personally
- Embrace digital learning and help prepare pupils for the 21st-century world

Hours and Salary – Please state in your supporting statement which option of hours you would like.
- Option 1 - 8:30am – 3.30pm, five days per week, 40 weeks per year (Term time + 10 days)
- Option 2 – 8am – 6pm, five days per week, 40 weeks per year (Term time + 10 days)
- Option 3 – 7.30am - 6pm, five days per week, 40 weeks per year (Term time + 10 days)
Full-time equivalent salary starting from £24,522
There is the opportunity to work within our holiday club with all of these roles, on a 52-week contract working 8:00am to 5:00pm during school holidays. This post comes with a holiday entitlement of 28 days per annum, including bank holidays, PLUS Christmas school holidays.
