Location: Remote working, based in the southwest About the role We are seeking a skilled and motivated Building Surveyor to deliver a high-quality, solutions-focused surveying service across our schools. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in transforming and improving our estate, supporting the Trust’s Strategic Development Plan. The postholder will report to the Senior Building Surveyor and work closely with the wider operations team and external stakeholders. The role covers 16 academies across the Southwest of England. They will also need to have: • Degree in Building Surveying or equivalent experience. • Minimum 3 years’ post-qualified experience in building surveying. • Strong knowledge of legislation, compliance, and procurement processes. • Experience managing multiple projects and administering JCT contracts. • Excellent communication and project management skills. • Ability to travel to different Trust settings regularly.
