We are therefore looking for a special teacher who can care and nurture our unique cohort of students, whilst engaging and inspiring them with exceptional learning and teaching that breaks down barriers and challenges with high expectations. Our ideal candidate will be, or aspire to be, a middle leader who can help model and create a culture of empathetic nurturing and reflective practice with a determination for outstanding provision, embodying our school motto to ‘Be the best we can be’.
