This role will provide specialist SEND outreach support to mainstream schools across Devon, helping to strengthen inclusive practice and improve outcomes for children and young people with SEND. The primary base of this role will be in Tavistock with travel and delivery to schools across Exeter, Torbay, Devon (& visit the Trust Office in Cornwall on occasion). You will bring current classroom experience, strong knowledge of adaptive teaching and inclusive practice, and the confidence to model strategies, coach staff and share expertise across a range of settings. About the Role Your main focus will be to help supervise children during lunch and support the smooth running of the dining environment. Key responsibilities include: Setting up and clearing the dining room before and after service. Supervising pupils to ensure safe, positive behaviour. Encouraging good table manners and cleanliness. Assisting children with cutlery where needed. Administering first aid in line with school policy.
