Clerk - Provider Services Support
We are seeking to appoint a motivated and organised Clerk to support Provider Service Managers with a range of administrative functions.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a flexible approach, with a willingness to adapt to the changing needs of the organisation, particularly in line with the Living Well in Devon project and ongoing Local Government Reorganisation.
You will need to have:
- Good ICT skills, with confidence in using a range of systems and software
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
- A proactive and adaptable approach to work
Key responsibilities will include:
- Arranging and minuting meetings
- Monitoring dashboards to support compliance reporting
- Arranging payments and supporting the monitoring of a small budget
This role offers flexibility, and the working pattern can be agreed at interview.
