What we're looking for?
We are seeking to appoint two Senior Inclusion Support Workers to join our Inclusion and Learning Service and play a key role in improving attendance, inclusion and access to education for children and young people across Devon.
These exciting leadership roles will provide operational oversight and day-to-day management of a team of Inclusion Support Workers, while also maintaining a caseload of children and young people. The successful candidates will lead by example, providing coaching, supervision and professional support to Inclusion Support Workers while contributing to the ongoing development of locality-based services. You will build strong relationships with schools and families, promote inclusive practices, and support improved outcomes for children and young people, particularly those with SEND and additional vulnerabilities.
We have two full-time vacancies available:
- North and Mid - based at Taw View, Barnstaple
- South and West Locality - based at Follaton House, Totnes
What you'll be doing?
