The FORT Federation is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and caring Playworker to support our Breakfast Club provision at Awliscombe C of E Primary School. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to be part of a welcoming and supportive school community.
The successful candidate will work five mornings per week, supporting children during Breakfast Club from 7.45am until 8.45am totalling 5 hours per week. You will help to provide a calm, safe, and enjoyable start to the school day for all pupils who attend.
Key responsibilities:
- Welcome and supervise pupils attending Breakfast Club
- Assist with the preparation and serving of breakfast items
- Set up and support a range of quiet and engaging activities
- Promote a positive, inclusive atmosphere
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care
