The governors at St Mary’s school are seeking to appoint a 0.8 FTE, year 1 / 2 Class Teacher, to cover Maternity Absence for approximately one year. We would love for the new staff member to start on Monday 23rd November 2026, (pending satisfactory pre-employment checks), however there could be some flexibility to commence in January 2027 for the right candidate.

Salary
Your salary will be paid in accordance with the latest School Teacher’s Pay and Conditions Document. The salary will be payable on the Main Pay Scale / Upper Pay Scale according to qualifications and experience, in line with Professional Standards for Teachers, subject to statutory deductions in respect of superannuation, tax and national insurance.
