The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Head of Estates & Facilities to join our Senior Leadership Team. You will lead the management of our 100-acre rural estate, supported living properties, private water supply, buildings, infrastructure and capital projects, while supporting the growth of our café and other social enterprises.

You will be expected to undertake any appropriate training provided by Camphill Devon to assist them in carrying out any of the above duties. You will be required to promote, monitor and maintain health, safety and security in the workplace. This includes ensuring that the requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act, COSHH and all other mandatory regulations are adhered to. Undertake appropriate professional development, including adhering to the principle of performance management. Promote the vision and aims of the charity. Set an example of personal integrity and professionalism as outlined in the Staff Code of Conduct. Attend meetings and training days as required.
