Are you passionate about helping people into employment, education, or training? Do you want to be part of a dynamic team delivering a new and exciting service across Devon?
The Employment and Skills team is seeking to recruit a support, advice and guidance professional to deliver the roll out of an expanded Employment and Youth Hub programme which will meet the needs of the new Connect to Work service in Devon.
We are now recruiting an Employment Hub Coordinator for West Devon to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the local hub.
As an Employment Hub Coordinator, you will:
- Oversee the delivery of hub services in your area, ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming environment.
- Manage relationships with local stakeholders, partners, and service providers.
- Support and supervise Employment Hub Advisors.
- Monitor performance and contribute to service development.
You will play a key role in ensuring the hubs are responsive to local needs and provide high-quality support to individuals seeking employment, education, or training.
