The Special Educational Needs (SEND) Operational Team is looking for experienced practitioners to join the newly restructured locality team model. This is an exciting time of transformation for SEND and Inclusion in Devon County Council and you will be joining us at a time of new development.
This role is responsible for co-ordinating and delivering statutory assessment and review processes on behalf of the Local Area SEND Partnership within one of the recently established locality teams.
We are looking for partners who can deliver a relational practice approach and build strong and collaborative relationships with families. Your ability to manage a diverse workload within given deadlines is essential and you must be able to show a thorough and in-depth working knowledge of the relevant legislation including the SEND Code of practice 2015.
