Community Safety, Violence Prevention & Emergency Planning Lead
Colleagues with relevant experience are invited to apply for this senior role, which will provide strategic leadership for this important area of work. The post sits within a forward‑thinking and innovative service area with a strong commitment to continuous learning.
The successful candidate will be an experienced and effective leader, with enthusiasm for these agendas and their delivery. They will demonstrate a proactive approach, a strong commitment to partnership working, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across the Council’s community safety responsibilities and its response to critical incidents.
You will be given 12-month secondment, within an L9 post with direct line management; and operate as part of a wider Leadership Team with a broad and evolving portfolio.
