We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate Team Manager to join our Children's Front Door Service, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring children and families across Devon receive the right support at the right time.
About Children's Front Door
Our Children’s Front Door, incorporating the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH), is the first point of contact for all safeguarding concerns, Child in Need referrals, and Targeted Early Help requests across the county. From pre-birth through to age 18, the service is at the heart of protecting vulnerable children and enabling positive outcomes for families.
Based within our central hub in Exeter, you will lead and support a highly skilled multi-agency team, working alongside partners to gather information, assess risk and make timely, informed decisions about the support children need. This is a fast-paced and rewarding environment where strong leadership, professional curiosity and effective partnerships make a real difference every day.
What you'll be doing
As a Team Manager within Children's Front Door, you'll have a unique opportunity to influence decision-making at the earliest stage of a child's journey. You'll lead a skilled and dedicated team, work closely with multi-agency partners and help ensure children and families receive timely, effective support when they need it most.

This role is currently eligible for a retention payment of £2,000 per annum pro rata (terms & conditions apply).
