We are seeking an exceptional and motivated school leader who is committed to raising standards, inspiring others, and driving whole school improvement. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with the passion, strategic vision and professional expertise to make a measurable impact on the lives of our students.
The successful candidate will hold Qualified Teacher Status and be Level 3 Safeguarding trained, with successful teaching experience within the relevant age range. They will have a proven track record of leading strategic change, raising standards and introducing effective school wide improvement strategies.
We are looking for a leader who can create and maintain an environment that promotes excellent behaviour, high expectations, and a positive culture for learning. Candidates must be able to articulate and deliver a clear educational vision, formulate and evaluate school aims and policies, and lead by example while working collaboratively with other leaders.
The ideal applicant will have strong professional knowledge, including up to date understanding of current educational developments, statutory requirements, and best practice in teaching, learning, pastoral support and behaviour. Evidence of promoting students’ personal, social, moral, cultural and spiritual development is essential.
We are seeking someone who can lead, coach and manage staff, inspire and motivate both adults and young people, and unite the whole school community behind shared goals. The ability to consult and negotiate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders - including students - is vital.
Candidates must also be highly skilled in using data to evaluate performance, review current practice and formulate effective improvement plans. Experience of implementing successful strategies to overcome barriers to learning is essential.
This role requires a highly organised professional who can work under pressure, manage competing demands and take responsibility for key strategic areas of school development with confidence and clarity.
