For this role: You will be based at Dawlish Leisure Centre with the expectation to travel to our partner sites if/when required.

What you'll be doing: You will be responsible to assist and/or deliver the Sports Coaching Programme. This will incorporate setting up and clearing away sports equipment and ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all our customers, linking to the Health at the Heart link as part of our ten year strategy 2016 – 2025.

Who we're looking for: A highly motivated individual to support and deliver the successful operation of the sports sessions, in accordance with the Council's normal operating procedures and emergency action plan. Enabling delivery of high standards of customer care at all times when on duty, in line with written procedures.

To be successful in this role you will need: A recognised Level 1 and/or Level 2 sports qualification (with practical experience) and an imaginative and passionate approach to teaching in accordance with the respective class content.
