Level 3 Apprentice Nursery Nurse - Grafton Childcare Day Nursery & Preschool

We are seeking a bubbly, kind and compassionate person, to train to become a Level 3 qualified Nursery Nurse to join our expanding team to work with mostly our under 3 year olds. You will help to contribute to a high quality caring environment for the children. This includes creating a warm, friendly and stimulating atmosphere in which the children can develop emotionally, socially and educationally through individual attention and group activities, working to implement the ‘Curiosity Approach ™️’ across the whole nursery.

Key Areas To work with children and become a part of our small team. To attend all ongoing in house training towards the: •   Level 3 Diploma in Children‛s Learning and Development (Early Years Educator) •   As well as Paediatric First Aid, Food Hygiene and Safeguarding training. •   As well a selection of appropriate online training accessed through Noodle Now Training. 

Responsible to: our Senior Nursery Nurses and the Manager. 

Hours of Work: Four days a week 8.30 am - 18.00 pm these hours will usually be on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, but are subject to change to meet the needs of the business. For a minimum of 34 hours per week for 49 weeks a year, seven hours each week will be designated for in house training, usually each afternoon between 13.00 pm - 16.00 pm.
