Opportunity for a Year 6 Class Teacher with Year 5&6 Team Lead responsibility from April 2023.
West Croft School is a large three-form entry, rapidly improved, maintained school and nursery in the beautiful town of Bideford.
An exciting opportunity to be part of our teaching team has become available and we are looking for passionate, dedicated teachers to fill this vacancy.
West Croft has just been graded as ‘good’ in all areas by Ofsted, with the inspectors stating that ‘staff provide pupils with a rich variety of experiences which strengthen independence and build character’.
You will work alongside the existing team, including a place on the Senior Leadership Team, to deliver outstanding teaching and learning opportunities for children. Therefore, it is imperative that the you are a excellent classroom practitioner with a deep knowledge of the curriculum.
Transition support will be given by established senior leaders due to the nature of teaching a Year 6 class half way through the year.
