About this role
The First Federation Trust, a Multi Academy Trust of 29 primary schools, is seeking to recruit a Wraparound Care Leader at Salcombe Primary School.
This role is for 13.75 hours per week, term time only until 31 August 2027. Initially. The hours for this role are Monday - Friday 8:00am - 8:35am and 3:20pm - 5:30pm.
We are looking for a warm and caring individual to support our wrap around care facility at our school.
The successful candidate will:
- Be able to build a strong and appropriate rapport with children
- Demonstrate the aptitude to work as a part of a successful team
- Have effective communication skills
- Be able to support children in their play, while maintaining the children’s safety and following the school’s behaviour guidelines
- Be able to demonstrate good hygiene practices and follow the school health and safety policies
The following training will be provided for this position:
- Early Years & Childcare: Facilitating children's right to play
- Early Years 7 Childcare: Introduction to play
- Level 3 safeguarding
- Paediatric First Aid
