This exciting new role will work within the Barnstaple Alliance Primary Care Network wider Wellbeing Team, supporting people to connect with their community and improve their health and wellbeing.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to listen and empathise with people are essential, along with an understanding of how to provide person centred support in a non-judgemental way.
The ideal candidate should be proactive and have a ‘can do’ attitude, a sound understanding of safeguarding protocols and have a good level of IT skills.
This role will be employed by NDVS.
