If you have a user research background and are able to ensure user needs are reflected within digital services then we’d like to hear from you. You will need to be able to demonstrate a track record of working with end users to explore their behaviour and needs. You’ll also need to work collaboratively with a wide range of colleagues and stakeholders in order to ensure research outputs are informing design patterns.
The role
- The User Researcher will work closely with end users, designers and people across the organisation, ensuring user needs are driving the design of new digital services
- The User Researcher will be responsible for designing and undertaking research activities, delivering actionable findings that improve the usability of our digital services
About you
- You’ll have experience of user research activities, including recruiting and managing participants, and designing and delivering research sessions at each stage of the product lifecycle.
- You’ll enjoy turning research outcomes into compelling stories, and communicating these to colleagues to build an understanding of user needs
- You’ll have experience of working in an agile environment and will know how to use different research methods to provide the insight required by teams
