We have one vacancy for the role of Team Manager based in the Woodbury, Exmouth and Budleigh Community Health and Social Care Team (Older People).
We are an integrated team providing Community Nursing, Community Therapy, Rapid Response and Adult Social Care Services to a population of over 50,000 people.
As a member of the management team you will have an opportunity to shape the direction of services within the area. As one of two Team Managers within the team, you will be managing a team of Social Workers, Social Care Assessors and Occupational Therapists who predominantly work with adults of working age. Opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and projects may be available depending on the skills and experience of the successful candidate.
