We are looking for an experienced Team Manager to join Devon Safeguarding Adults Service.
Devon Safeguarding Adult Service delivers the initial response to safeguarding adult referrals and contacts raised with Devon County Council. The service provides advice and support regarding safeguarding adult contacts and raises safeguarding concerns to determine whether the statutory criteria under Section 42(1) of the Care Act is met to progress with further enquiries under Section 42(2).
The role of the Team Manager is to support operational delivery of the service and its functions and to provide direct line management to registered and non-registered practitioners. You will be part of the management team which consists of Team Managers and Advanced Practitioners who directly report to the Service Manager.
