The posts are fixed term due to: Linked to SEMH Resource Base external funding which is based on specific EHCP funding for individual pupils.
Our school has an exciting opportunity for 2 people to join our team as Teaching Assistants, supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
1 post will be working in a team led by a teacher to support a small group of children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. These pupils will also have other SEND needs that will require tailored interventions and approaches. The provision is very well resourced and includes academic and therapeutic spaces and activities. You will be supporting pupils to access mainstream provision over time.
1 post will be supporting pupils across school on a 1:1 and small group basis, as required. Flexibility will be necessary for this post as changes may need to be made at short notice.

This role requires the ability to fulfil all spoken aspects of the role with confidence and fluency in English.
