Applications are invited for a suitably qualified Teaching Assistant to work within our SEND department. An ability to relate well to young people and work cooperatively with other members of staff is important. The duties of the post will vary as required to meet College needs, but will include working with small groups of students and supporting teaching staff in the classroom. The working hours will be Monday - Friday, 8.15 am - 3.15 pm, including 1 hour paid duties (term time + 5 non pupil days). However, there is flexibility in working hours which we are willing to discuss during the interview.
