Required from September 2022. These posts are temporary due to the special needs of pupils.
We wish to appoint three Teaching Assistants to work with our SEND Team supporting students who have needs relating to Communication and Interaction, Cognition and Learning, Social, Emotional and Mental Health and Physical and/or Sensory needs.
Personal skills would include:
• A high level of patience;
• Ability to empathise;
• Good listening skills;
• A good sense of humour;
• An English and Maths qualification at C grade GCSE or above.
As a Church of England Aided School, in cases of equal merit preference will be given to candidates who are in sympathy with the foundation.
A willingness and ability to offer time and energy to our extra-curricular offer which we believe will add significant value to our character-based approaches to education, including D of E, will be taken into consideration for applications.

This role requires a DBS disclosure.
This role requires the ability to fulfil all spoken aspects of the role with confidence and fluency in English.
