We are seeking to appoint a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team at Highweek Community Primary & Nursery School. We are looking for an individual who is flexible, patient, hardworking, and fully committed to maximising the learning opportunities of our pupils.
The post is fixed term due to: Fall in number
The ideal individual will possess a positive mindset, resilience, and a strong determination to improve educational outcomes. You will need to be highly organised, proactive, versatile, and resilient in supporting our students’ development.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to prepare and deliver provisions that cater to the needs of all pupils in your care, including whole-class, small group, and one-on-one support. Previous experience is an advantage but not essential.
We are searching for a professional who can inspire both students and colleagues, someone willing to go above and beyond for our pupils. If you are an energetic and positive team player with excellent communication skills, and have experience supporting pupils with SEND, we would love to hear from you.
