Teaching Assistant (Key stages 1 & 2) - East Allington Primary School (Education South West)

Working within our friendly small primary school, you will be based in Key Stage One and Key Stage Two classrooms. Mealtime support will also be included in this role. We are looking for a highly motivated individual or individuals with recent experience of supporting children within a primary school environment. You will work alongside the class teachers to support children in all areas of the curriculum. You will also lead interventions, assist in the preparation of the learning environment, maintaining pupil records and carrying out a range of administrative tasks. You must demonstrate a professional attitude and will be expected to fully participate in the life of the school.
Appointing the right person or people for this position is paramount therefore we will consider one full-time or two part-time roles.
This is initially a fixed term contract to 31 August 2023, with provision to continue to the next academic year for the right candidate.
