Location: based at The Lighthouse - Kingsteignton
This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic, motivational teacher of History to join Breakthrough’s team at The Lighthouse, Kingsteignton.

The successful candidate will be expert at engaging students with autism or significant challenges. They will plan, prepare and deliver therapeutic and academic teaching on a one-to-one basis to individual students, who follow a mixture of functional skills, GCSE, vocational, BTEC and A Level. They will work cohesively with Core Workers and our in-house therapeutic team to follow care plans and assist in creating educational schemes of work, write reports and keep accurate, up to date records. They will need to ensure the highest standards of professional practice and safeguarding.
