What are looking for:
- An energetic and enthusiastic KS2 teacher to start on 1st September 2023
Someone with the ability to develop positive relationships with a diverse range of children and their families

- A teacher who listens to the children, values them as individuals and who can be flexible to follow their needs and interests
- A confident and organised practitioner who is able to make links across an inspiring curriculum
- An individual who is able to work as part of a strong and collaborative team
- An ambitious person who is open to continuous professional development
- A teacher who has a clear understanding of the root causes of behaviour and a commitment to developing self-regulation in children
- A strong belief in inclusion
- An understanding that safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility
- A strong commitment to the welfare and academic progress of every child.
An interest in maths and/or experience in Year 6 would be an advantage but not essential.
