Student Receptionist and First Aider - St James School (Ted Wragg Trust)

Our school is part of the Ted Wragg Trust, an ambitious and inclusive Trust of schools strengthening our communities through excellent education. 

We are seeking to recruit a committed, hardworking and enthusiastic individual to provide efficient, effective and professional student reception duties and administration.

You will:
• Be personable, professional and trustworthy
• Be self-motivated and able to use your initiative
• Be able to work effectively in a team
• Have a flexible approach and be able to multi-task
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be confident in liaising with others, either in person or by telephone/email
• Be organised, able to prioritise and work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Have excellent ICT skills and be able to produce professional documentation

Previous experience of working in a school environment with a knowledge of SIMS is desirable but not essential.
