Fixed Term to August 2023 (in the first instance)
The post is temporary due to assisting with provision of the special educational needs and is subject to the continued attendance of pupils in receipt of statements/EHCPs for whom the school receives additional funding.
We seek to appoint two highly motivated, enthusiastic specialist Teaching Assistants to support a student with a visual impairment. You must have experience of supporting learning, educational progress and inclusion of student/s with a visual impairment. Qualification of Grade 2 Braille (or equivalent) desirable but candidates are welcome to apply who don’t hold such a qualification but if appointed they would be paid at Grade C (£10.98 per hour).
