St Margaret’s Academy is looking to appoint a specialist teaching assistant to work as the key adult worker for a child in Key Stage 2 with special educational needs. The position will require someone who has a high level of empathy and resilience, and who can build strong relationships with children.
St Margaret’s has a strong and supportive staff team. Relationships are at the heart of all our interactions between colleagues, children and families.
Visits to the school have been arranged for 9.30am on Monday 17/03/25, 2pm on Thursday 27/03/25 and 9.30am on Monday 28/04/25 and will last about an hour.

This role requires the ability to fulfil all spoken aspects of the role with confidence and fluency in English.
