Social Inclusion Officer - Alumnis Multi Academy Trust

We are looking to appoint a Social and Inclusion Officer to join our successful team. The postholder will work across our Mid-Devon hub and play an active part in each of those school's Senior Leadership Team, as the Designated Safeguarding Lead or Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead. The successful candidates will be expected to be high profile around the schools, building positive relationships with students, parents, and staff. The role will involve working closely with the Head Teachers and SENDCOs.
The post will particularly suit someone who has significant experience working directly with young people, parents and families, managing safeguarding, wellbeing and supporting families of children with social, emotional and mental health needs. Applications are encouraged from those who hold a full and relevant degree in social work or who have significant experience in social care and safeguarding.
