This is an exciting role with Care Direct Plus North Adult Social Care Team completing Care Act Assessments and providing information and advice to the people of North Devon. You will work closely with partner agencies and other Social Workers, Social Care Assessors and Occupational Therapists.
We are seeking a person with a strong work ethic who strives to support others to remain independent through a strengths-based and person centred approach.
You will have to work to tight times scales in a high pressured environment. Communication skills both verbally and written are vital as well as excellent IT and time management skills.
