An invitation to join us at Young Devon as our next Skills & Qualifications Support Worker.

You will be required to assist the Lead Tutor to support groups of disadvantaged and hard to reach young people through accredited vocational programmes in Employability, Teamwork and Personal Development skills. Guiding Young People in their aspirations to gain functional skills qualifications in numeracy and literacy and supporting young people to progress into employment, education or training. The ideal candidate will be organised and passionate about helping young people and able to work in person or online.
