Location: Based in Plymouth
This role will recruit, lead, inspire and support groups of disadvantaged and hard to reach young people through accredited vocational programmes and by delivering and assessing qualifications in Employability, Teamwork and Personal Development skills.
The candidate will support Young People in their aspirations to gain qualifications in numeracy, literacy and skills for life alongside supporting young people to progress into employment, education or training. The ideal candidate will be organised, creative and passionate about helping young people and be experienced in delivering group-based learning.
