We are facing a time of unprecedented change in the delivery of Integrated Adult Social Care and Health. This brings significant opportunities to work differently and improve the offer to the Devon population.
This new role, working with the Senior Leadership Team and supporting the work around Quality, Performance and Re-Design, will bring opportunities for a forward-thinking person to lead key areas of service improvement within Integrated Adult Social Care operations. You will hold responsibility for managing service delivery for operational teams alongside the focus on supporting targeted countywide improvement.
You will bring experience of leading service improvement to the organisation, and there will be the opportunity to extend and develop those skills in this role. You will have a good knowledge of Adult Social Care be able to make an impact with your leadership style and be able to work with complexity and ambiguity.
We are looking for someone who can inspire others and drive the implementation of effective change. You will need to maintain strong links to front line, operational practice, to ensure that change within Adult Social Care has a clear focus on operational needs and processes. You will need to be an excellent communicator with good negotiation skills.
