We are facing a time of unprecedented change in the delivery of Integrated Adult Social Care and Health. This brings significant opportunities to work differently and improve the offer to the Devon population. This new role, working with direction from the Service Improvement Lead, will be given the opportunity to lead and manage key areas of service improvement within Integrated Adult Social Care operations.
You will bring experience of working with others to change practice and process in Adult Social Care, and you may need to coach colleagues and teams to bring in new ways of working. You will have the opportunity to extend and develop skills in service improvement methods.
We are looking for a confident, vibrant person who can work independently, but also as part of a team. You will need good communication skills, have a positive approach and be effective in motivating others to change. You will have good IT skills and be able to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
