We are seeking a Senior Land Charges Officer to join our friendly team. This is a key role which ensures people can buy property across our district, we can protect buildings of significant importance, and we can achieve our vision of making Teignbridge a healthy and desirable place to live, work and visit.

We do things well and keep developing.

- Hybrid and flexible working – minimum 50% office based, and part home based.
- Paid Professional Membership fee subject to local terms & conditions.
- Free car parking (we also have close access to a mainline train station).
