Reach South Academy Trust is seeking to appoint an exceptional Senior ICT Technician to join the Trust as soon as possible.

About the role
The Senior ICT Technician will be a member of the Central IT team within the trust, responsible for providing proactive and reactive support for schools and central team staff within the trust. The role will report into the ICT Co-ordinator and will involve a wide range of activities based within the IT space. These include proactive and reactive incident management, managing changes, updates and patching processes, network management and addressing any queries and issues. The post-holder will interact with many different stakeholders including third party suppliers, customers, academy staff, the Trust’s Executive team and Trustees.

About the successful candidate
The successful candidate will also be involved in the delivery of the trust’s IT transformation strategy, providing opportunity to work with the latest technologies and best practices within the IT world, showcasing and developing skills in managing large cloud networks.

Reach South is a young and developing Trust which operates across the South West of England with the aim of delivering all through 3-19 education.
