We seek an enthusiastic, friendly, committed, hardworking and self-motivated person to join our team as a senior cleaner. You need to be able to work in a team as well as under your own initiative. You will need to possess good communication skills and have the ability to meet deadlines whilst maintaining high standards.
You will be working in a team of other cleaners and will have the responsibility for maintaining a high level of cleanliness in our buildings through daily duties. These duties will include vacuuming, sweeping, and washing floors, dusting and polishing, cleaning lavatories and removing rubbish.
Barley Lane School is a day special school. The school provides education for up to 80 pupils aged 7-16 who benefit from small group and individualised learning. Although we are a small school that teaches to the national curriculum, we supplement this with nurture principles and the Boxall profile approach to develop healthy, happy, confident children who are ready and open to learning.
