Plympton Academy seeks to appoint a highly competent and enthusiastic Seclusion Supervisor to join our successful Pastoral Team.
Applicants must be fully competent in Literacy and Numeracy and possess a kind and compassionate nature. You must be reliable and able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
It is essential that the post holder has excellent interpersonal skills. They will have experience working closely with students and are able to foster positive links and support their pastoral needs.
Applicants should be confident they are able to maintain an atmosphere of high standards of behaviour and academic work with students.
