This is an exciting opportunity to join an experienced pastoral team who play an invaluable role in supporting our students and their families. You will be involved in supporting students improve their attendance, dealing with welfare concerns and you will provide a bridge between students, parents, co-workers and the school, together with liaising with outside agencies to secure support.
The role will be varied and the successful applicant will need to demonstrate an ability to work in a flexible and supportive manner. You must also be a responsible and trustworthy team player, confident and effective in delivering programmes of support, and experienced at communicating with various audiences by email, telephone and face to face. You will also have a full driver’s licence.
