Rydon Primary School is looking to recruit a permanent SENDCo to join us as soon as possible. We are looking to appoint a SENDCo to join our Senior Leadership Team and lead the further development of our Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) provision. We are looking for a qualified teacher who has either successfully completed their SENDCo qualification, is already engaging in this or be willing to achieve this in post whilst relentlessly removing any barriers to success for all our SEND students.

Rydon Primary School is seeking to recruit an excellent practitioner who is child-centred and is able to demonstrate high-levels of effectiveness when working with staff, agencies and parents. Applicants will require strong organisational and communication skills and have a real passion for SEND provision. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a creative and professional team.
