About the Role
Are you passionate about leading high-quality care services that make a tangible difference to people’s lives? Devon County Council is looking for an experienced Resource Manager to lead our In-House Adult Social Care provision, driving innovation, quality assurance, and operational excellence.
This exciting role offers the opportunity to:
- Lead and inspire diverse care teams across Devon, ensuring person-centred care that aligns with Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards.
- Manage and develop services such as residential care homes, day centres, respite services, and reablement teams.
- Foster strong partnerships with health, housing, and voluntary sector providers to improve outcomes for our communities.
- Champion change management initiatives to ensure services remain sustainable, efficient, and responsive to local needs.
What We’re Looking For
We need someone who brings:
- Proven experience in managing complex health or social care services.
- A strong understanding of CQC frameworks, quality assurance processes, and legislative requirements.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills to motivate teams and deliver high performance.
- A commitment to delivering safe, high-quality, and cost-effective care services.
