Registered Childminder (employed) - Free Range Explorers

- Starting at £12.90 per hour increasing to £13.40 - £14.20 per hour (dependent on experience) when Childminding registration is complete.
We are looking for a special person to join our team who loves working with children and being outside!
You will be able to support our current childminders in the running of our setting and eventually take the lead on some days.
We have an interest in Forest School which is embedded in our approach.
Main duties will include:
- Understanding each child as an individual, and their different interests and care routines
- Planning and organising activities and opportunities for the children
- Managing Health and Safety Procedures, and understanding/implementing Safeguarding policies
- Ensuring Equality and Diversity our imbedded in our setting
- Mentoring and leading junior members of the team.
- Communicating with parents
- Getting muddy and a good sense of humour!
A minimum level 3 in Early Years is required for this post.
