As referral coordinator, working alongside an administrative colleague, you will be responsible for the triaging of referrals into the service with a focus on risk and need. Therefore, you must have strong risk assessment and safeguarding practice alongside effective prioritising and organisational skills.
You will liaise with clinicians who want to refer into the services and ensure the correct details are recorded in a timely manner onto our database for all appropriate referrals. Where referrals are not appropriate for this service, you will work with the linked practitioner to signpost and then refer.
Working alongside an administrative colleague, you will ensure that all referrals are allocated to a practitioner in a timely manner and provide administrative support to the Service, including arranging venues and training resources.
You will oversee the line management of an administrative colleague, ensuring they are supported to be successful in their role and performance, addressing and escalating any concerns as required.
FearLess is committed to hybrid working and this role will be a mix of home based and office based, alongside requiring travel for meetings. Travel across Devon is required and occasional travel to our other offices may be required.
