We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and highly motivated Receptionist to join our administrative team from September 2025.
The School Receptionist needs to be a dynamic and supportive individual, who will play a vital role in the smooth daily operation of the school. As the customer-facing, first point of contact for parents, staff and students, the successful candidate will handle a wide variety of day-to-day matters, from forgotten PE kits to misplaced bus passes, always responding with professionalism, kindness and efficiency. The role is fast-paced, in a consistently busy environment, with frequent phone enquiries - so flexibility and a proactive mindset are essential.
The suitable candidate must be an excellent team player, have excellent communication skills and remain calm under pressure. If you have the ability to work independently, have strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to our values and ethos, we would love to hear from you.
